We’re looking for someone who can reliably cover in-store shifts on Tuesdays and some weekends, and who brings strong customer service and sales experience—especially in a farmers’ market setting (confident with point-of-sale, upselling, and representing our plants and produce with warmth and knowledge).

This role may also include hands-on greenhouse support, so experience with plant production and propagation (seeding, transplanting, cuttings, potting-on, general crop care) is a strong asset.
