These crops are grown right here at Holden Lake Farm & Garden —so fresh, they’re practically growing themselves into your kitchen! 🌱
Can we call this a Zero Mile Diet? Absolutely! Straight from our fields to your table, our produce is a celebration of local, sustainable, and ultra-fresh food.

Ingredients:
1 cup Holden Lake Farm strawberries, hulled and sliced
1/2 cup Holden Lake Farm cucumbers, thinly sliced
1/2 cup fresh lemon juice (about 3-4 lemons)
3 tablespoons honey or maple syrup (adjust to taste)
3 cups cold water
Ice cubes
Lemon slices and cucumber rounds for garnish
Optional: A few sprigs of fresh mint or basil for extra freshness
Instructions:
Muddle the strawberries and cucumbers:
In a pitcher or large bowl, gently muddle the strawberries and cucumbers with a spoon or muddler to release their juices.
Mix with lemon and sweetener:
Add the fresh lemon juice and honey (or maple syrup). Stir to combine and dissolve the sweetener.
Add cold water and ice:
Pour in the cold water and stir well. Add plenty of ice cubes to chill the lemonade.
Garnish and serve:
Pour into glasses, garnishing with lemon slices, cucumber rounds, and optional mint or basil.
Enjoy immediately:
This refreshing drink is best served right away but can be stored in the fridge for a couple of hours if needed.
💡 Optional Adult Twist: If you’d like to make this a light cocktail, add a splash of vodka or gin to each glass. But it’s absolutely perfect as a mocktail too!
