At Holden Lake Farm & Garden, we love rewarding the customers who grow with us through the seasons.
Our Friends of Holden Lake Farm & Garden Loyalty Program makes it simple: sign up, earn points on eligible purchases, and redeem your reward once you reach 200 points.
How it works
1. Sign up at checkout
Join in store by leaving us your name, phone number, and birthday. Your account will help us track your purchases and make it easy to look up your points at checkout.
2. Earn points as you shop
You’ll earn 1 point for every $1 spent on eligible garden centre purchases.
3. Reach 200 points
Once you’ve earned 200 points, you unlock a reward of 10% off your next eligible purchase, up to $20 off.
4. Redeem your reward
When you’re ready to use your reward, simply give us your name or phone number at checkout and we’ll apply it to an eligible purchase.
Birthday perk coming soon
Customers who share their birthday when signing up may receive a free birthday gift in the future.

Points can be earned on most regular-priced garden centre items, including:
- Plants, trees, and shrubs
- Hanging baskets and garden décor
- Bagged soil, mulch, and fertilizers
- Seeds and vegetable starts
- Gardening tools and accessories

Terms & Conditions
The Friends of Holden Lake Farm & Garden Loyalty Program is available to customers with an active loyalty account.
Points are earned on eligible purchases only. Eligible items, rewards, and program rules may change without notice.
A reward becomes available once a customer reaches 200 points. The current reward is 10% off one eligible purchase, up to a maximum discount of $20.
Rewards apply only to qualifying purchases and cannot be redeemed for cash.
Rewards do not apply to paid workshops, special event fees, gift cards, taxes, deposits, or other excluded items as determined by Holden Lake Farm & Garden.
Customers must provide their name or phone number at checkout so their account can be located and points or rewards can be applied.
Loyalty points may only be redeemed on a future visit, and not on the same day they are earned. Points accumulated from a purchase cannot be used toward another transaction made on the same day. Redemption is available only on a separate visit following the earning transaction.
Accounts must be under a single customer name. Purchases made under multiple accounts cannot be combined unless approved by Holden Lake Farm & Garden.
If an eligible purchase is refunded, associated points may be removed or adjusted.
Holden Lake Farm & Garden reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the loyalty program, reward structure, eligible purchases, or terms at any time without notice.
